Why Choose Us

Others assemble vendors. We are the whole desk.

When a document has to be authenticated, notarized, served, and filed, the delay is almost never the work — it is the handoffs between providers. We removed them. Since 2017 all four services have run in-house under one intake and one accountable owner, coordinating nationwide through a vetted provider network.

The original all-in-one

First in Washington to combine apostille, notary, process serving, and registered agent services — the model others have since tried to copy.

Paralegal-trained ownership

An honors Paralegal Degree behind every intake, so filings, declarations, and authentication packets are prepared correctly the first time.

Speed you can select

Three speed tiers on every service line, with same-day and rush options when a court date or closing will not wait.

One point of accountability

No vendor juggling. One intake, one invoice, one person who owns the outcome from order to proof of completion.

Approved vendor for the State of Washington.

Mill Creek, WA — serving greater Seattle in person and the entire country through vetted partners, under one standard of confidentiality and turnaround.

Technology

AI handles the paperwork. A human handles your matter.

We use AI technology strictly for administrative work — uploading order data, drafting responses, booking appointments, and issuing payment links and invoices. That is what makes our response times fast.

Every service is executed and reviewed by Michelle, or performed by vetted human third-party providers. Nothing leaves our office without a human reading it first.

We do not sell your data, we do not train AI on it, and AI does not provide legal advice or analyze your documents.

Faster intake

Order details are structured and loaded into our systems the moment they arrive — no retyping, no lost forms.

Responsive communication

Draft replies, status updates, and appointment scheduling are prepared automatically so you hear back quickly.

Human review, always

Michelle personally reviews everything before it is sent, filed, invoiced, or executed.

Administrative only

AI never gives legal advice, never analyzes or executes your matter, and your data is never sold or used to train models.

Meet the Owner

A former paralegal who knows what the file needs

I founded this company in 2017 after graduating with honors with my Paralegal Degree at Edmonds Community College in Washington State. I saw clients bouncing between four different vendors for one document, and built the first all-in-one alternative in Washington.

That paralegal background shapes everything: I know how a declaration of service reads to a court, what an apostille packet must contain, and how a missed annual report becomes an administrative dissolution. I execute or personally review every service we deliver.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice — but you will be working with someone who understands the legal process your documents are moving through.

  • First in Washington to combine all four services

Testimonials

What clients say

Attorneys, business operators, and private clients across Washington on what a single accountable document partner makes possible.

5.0
We hand her the hard-to-serve defendants. The attempt logs are detailed, the declarations are clean, and when a hearing date moved she turned same-day service around without us having to ask twice.

Frequently Asked

Questions about scope, speed, and process

An apostille certifies a document so it is recognized in another country that is party to the Hague Convention. If a foreign government, university, or employer has asked for an authenticated U.S. document, you likely need a state apostille or federal authentication — tell us the destination country and we will confirm which applies.

Yes. We are located in Mill Creek, Washington and handle the greater Seattle area in person. Nationwide matters are coordinated through vetted third-party providers under our management, so you still have one point of contact and one invoice.

Every service line has three speed tiers. For service of process that means routine, rush, and same-day options. Choose the tier at intake and we confirm the attempt schedule with you.

RON is a notarization performed over secure audio-video with identity verification and a tamper-evident digital certificate. It is valid in Washington and lets you sign from anywhere without an in-person appointment.

AI is used for administrative work only — intake data entry, drafting responses, scheduling, and issuing payment links and invoices. It does not provide legal advice, analyze your matter, or execute any service. Michelle reviews everything before it goes out. Your data is never sold and never used to train AI models.

No. We are a legal document services company and we do not provide legal advice or representation. Our owner holds an honors Paralegal Degree, which means your documents are handled by someone who understands the process — but for legal advice you should consult an attorney.

Submit the intake form for your service. You will receive a written quote and a secure payment link or invoice, typically the same business day, along with confirmation of scope and timing.
